How you create impact
- Act as the primary commercial contact and owner of the customer relationship for a defined portfolio of global accounts
- Lead the end‑to‑end commercial customer journey, ensuring a consistent and customer‑centric experience across all Kuehne+Nagel products and services
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with multiple levels of customer stakeholdersIdentify, qualify, and develop global business growth opportunities across transport modes and business units
- Develop and execute strategic account growth plans aligned with customer needs and KN potential
- Orchestrate and lead a virtual team across key countries, business units, and co‑functions to ensure seamless delivery
- Drive disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and high‑quality account intelligence.
What we would like you to bring
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, business development, or consultative sales in a global or multinational environment
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics solutions (air, sea, road, contract logistics)
- Demonstrated track record in opportunity development, negotiations, and customer retention
- Ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholder landscapes
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic mindset, and execution focus
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills
- Fluent English; willingness to travel internationally
