How you create impact

Assegurar que os clientes internos tenham uma interação satisfatória com o Centro de Atendimento Operacional (OCC);

Atuar como parte da equipe responsável pelo relacionamento direto com as Localizações de Atendimento ao Cliente (CCL);

Antecipar necessidades e oferecer suporte antes que problemas sejam reportados;

Identificar e solucionar questões operacionais de forma ágil e eficaz;

Monitorar processos e garantir que as demandas sejam tratadas até a conclusão;

Colaborar com os profissionais das Localizações de Atendimento ao Cliente para fortalecer a comunicação e eficiência.
What we would like you to bring
- Ensino superior completo em Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais ou similares;
- Experiência na coordenação de processos de importação e acompanhamento de embarques internacionais;
- Conhecimento em atendimento ao cliente;
- Inglês intermediário.
