How you create impact
- Establish and strengthen relationships with customer contacts through daily interactions, regular visits, and proactive guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and activities.
- Monitor the financial performance of each account and maximize individual gross profit.
- Ensure timely pricing responses and manage quotations end to end.
- Coordinate and monitor reefer sea freight export shipments, ensuring a seamless customer experience and compliance with cold chain requirements.
What we would like you to bring
- 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding, preferably within sea logistics export operations with focus on export.
- Experience handling reefer cargo and knowledge of cold chain logistics.
- Experience managing customer relationships and coordinating international export shipments.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
