How you create impact
- Lead and develop the national Project Logistics Pricing team, ensuring expertise across all transport modes and specialized cargo solutions.
- Drive strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives to secure competitive pricing while maintaining the highest standards of service quality and compliance.
- Provide commercial leadership for complex quotations, tenders, and project opportunities, maximizing profitability and supporting business growth.
- Monitor pricing performance through KPI management, margin control, and win/loss analysis to continuously improve commercial results.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Tender, and Operations teams to deliver innovative and customer-focused logistics solutions.
What we would like you to bring
- 8+ years of experience in freight forwarding, project logistics, heavy lift logistics, or related sectors, with direct responsibility for pricing, procurement, and tender management.
- Proven experience developing complex multimodal quotations for project cargo, oversized shipments, breakbulk, charter, air, sea, and road transportation.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, with a track record of improving competitiveness, profitability, and service quality.
- Advanced knowledge of logistics pricing, procurement, cost modeling, margin management, and financial analysis.
- Professional proficiency in English and demonstrated leadership experience managing specialized teams in dynamic and international environments.
