We are looking for a National Air Logistics Operations Manager to drive operational effectiveness and excellence across our national Air Logistics organization. This position will focus on ensuring compliance with global Air Logistics operational standards, continuously optimizing production costs, and strengthening operational performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing national Air Logistics operations, leading cross functional teams, and driving process improvements to ensure efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships and supporting the continuous development of our Air Logistics operations.
How you create impact
- Lead and oversee national Air Logistics operations, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance with global standards.
- Manage the Operational Care Center, Revenue Care Center, and other national Air Logistics functions, where applicable.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing operational processes, performance, and production costs.
- Act as the national owner of the Kuehne+Nagel Global Services relationship, ensuring effective collaboration and operational alignment.
- Collaborate with global and national teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to strengthen operational performance and service excellence.
What we would like you to bring

8+ years of experience in Air Logistics operations, with strong knowledge of freight forwarding and import-export regulations.

5 - 8 years of leadership experience, demonstrating strong managerial, decision-making, and team management capabilities.

2 - 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency

Advanced English proficiency, combined with excellent communication, commercial awareness, and change management skills
