As a Transport Planner - LTL Import (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing import road transport orders. This includes monitoring shipments in our operating system, coordinating with carriers and customers, and ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality service throughout the entire transport process.
How you create impact
- Plan and schedule truck transports on national and international routes.
- Prepare quotations and manage transport orders from start to finish
- Secure cargo capacity and coordinate both partial and full truckload shipments.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to loading and delivery deadlines.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships and manage contacts within our subcontractor network.
What we would like you to bring
- Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or a similar qualification.
- Experience in planning and managing long-distance truck transports.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a structured manner, while also enjoying teamwork.
- Ideally, you already have established contacts in the part and full load market, as well as with long-distance transport companies.
- Very good written and spoken Portuguese and English.
