As a Sales Representative - Sea Logistics (m/f/d), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with a clear focus on SME customers. You should possess a thorough, up-to-date, and in-depth understanding of the trade lanes and service offerings, as well as the types of goods/commodities traded on the particular routes.
How you create impact
- Identify and secure new Sea Logistics import and export opportunities.
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Gain in-depth market expertise on priority trades, carriers, routes, and schedules.
- Build a strong pipeline of SME customers, ensuring complete and accurate CRM data.
- Execute sales projects and contribute to initiatives in coordination with the Customer Care Manager.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, specializing in Sea Logistics sales.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required.
