National Transport Planner (m/f/d)

As a National Transport Planner (m/f/d), you will coordinate the daily distribution of goods for assigned customers and ensure that distribution operations run smoothly. You will prepare the required documentation, manage shipment records, maintain accurate system data, and organize operational documents. In addition, you will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure timely communication and efficient service delivery.

How you create impact

  • Plan and coordinate daily distribution activities, ensuring efficient and timely operations.
  • Arrange transportation resources and manage subcontracted carriers in line with company standards and policies.
  • Prepare, issue, and maintain all distribution-related documentation and records.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, update system records, and generate identification labels as required.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and distribution control systems, resolve data discrepancies, update shipment statuses, and prepare operational reports.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to share information, resolve issues, and support smooth distribution processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods regulations and maintain equipment in good working condition.
  • Support additional operational activities as required while upholding company values and standards.

What we would like you to bring

  • Ideally, a minimum of 2 years' experience in transport planning.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage daily distribution activities effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to work confidently with operational systems and software.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
