Your Role
To complete all service delivery tasks for Eastern Hemisphere System and Process team as per standard operating procedures (SOP) and key performance indicators (KPI).
You Responsibilities
To complete all specified service delivery tasks as instructed.
To escalate issues as required via standard operating procedures.
To complete other ad-hoc tasks of a level 1 + 2 nature as requested by Section Leader.
Your Skills and Experiences
Specialists need to be comfortable with systems and a high volume of daily tasks. They need to be time sensitive and able to multi-task. They need to demonstrate a customer focus mindset in everything that they do on a daily basis.
