The Customer Care Analyst supports customers by providing assistance, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring service excellence. The role is responsible for maintaining the satisfaction of both internal and external customers while ensuring the quality and efficiency of the services provided.
How you create impact
- Provide support, guidance, and consultative assistance to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Receive, qualify, and register customer requests within the operational process;
- Manage customer issues and identify effective solutions to resolve problems;
- Register new customers, align operational requirements, and monitor initial shipments;
- Act as the main point of contact for quotations, ocean freight transportation, and cargo pickup and delivery services;
- Monitor performance indicators, implement action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields;
- Experience in coordinating ocean import logistics processes and monitoring international shipments;
- Customer service experience and strong customer-oriented mindset;
- Intermediate level of English.
