As the National Project Logistics Customer Excellence Team Lead, you will guide a dedicated team of freight specialists to deliver exceptional service quality, operational accuracy, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee the execution of Project Logistics orders and shipments for one or more key accounts, ensuring excellence in performance, profitability, and customer engagement. In this role, you will build a capable, independent team that consistently exceeds client expectations and contributes to sustainable business success.

How you create impact

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of freight specialists responsible for one or more customer accounts.
  • Ensure the highest customer service quality across all Project Logistics operations.
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across daily workflows.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new business to ensure requirements are met and profitability targets achieved.
  • Maintain accurate and timely recording in all required systems.
  • Implement, monitor, and improve customer KPIs to enhance performance and service delivery.
  • Manage staffing, resource planning, and operational priorities to meet business and financial needs.
  • Address customer issues proactively, ensuring effective resolution and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop teams.
  • Basic financial understanding, including margin and cost awareness.

  • Strong process discipline and accuracy in system usage.
  • Experience supporting new customer onboarding and setup.
  • A continuous improvement mindset focused on delivering service excellence.
