How you create impact
- Managing and coordinating the IDS systems, FSL Reebok, and Book&Check, which represent some of the largest and most complex areas of responsibility.
- Ensuring accurate and timely billing and cost calculations, with particular attention to data quality and correct financial processing.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all relevant deadlines and processes.
- Reviewing invoices in detail, identifying discrepancies and errors, and ensuring that incorrect invoices are corrected and processed accordingly.
- Coordinating and overseeing these activities across 16 depots, ensuring consistent processes and high-quality execution at all locations.
- Working closely with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to clarify discrepancies, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operational processes.
- Continuously monitoring processes and identifying potential improvements in order to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and reliability, particularly in areas involving financial calculations, invoicing, and deadline management.
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum high school diploma

Excellent written and spoken English, as the primary business language used across the organization. B2 level of proficiency in German is highly desirable to support effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders in Germany.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a high level of accuracy, particularly when working with invoicing, financial calculations, and data validation.
- Ability to independently manage priorities, meet deadlines, follow up on open topics, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Experience working with finance and invoicing systems (ACON+ or similar), with the willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Reliability, accountability, and a proactive mindset focused on process improvement and operational excellence.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders across locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
