We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (LTL) to join our Road Logistics sales team. In this role, you will help drive new business growth by identifying potential customers, engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities, and closing new accounts. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑prospecting environment and enjoy building relationships that lead to revenue, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact.
How you create impact
- Develop and execute effective outreach strategies in coordination with the sales team.
- Initiate conversations with key decision‑makers to understand their business needs.
- Generate and qualify leads while managing a full sales cycle focused on new logo acquisition.
- Apply proactive outreach methods, including cold calling and lead‑gen tools, to build and strengthen a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Travel locally depending on business needs and required presence in designated regions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally and maintain a professional, organized, and customer‑focused approach to all sales activities.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
