This role requires a proactive, highly motivated individual who can coordinate across multiple logistics functions—including customs, warehouse, and transportation—to ensure seamless end-to-end shipment execution.
How you create impact

Manage daily shipment activities (general shipments and installation-related cargo).

Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, customs, operations) to ensure on-time and accurate movement of goods.

Monitor booking schedules, follow up with carriers/vendors, and manage shipment status updates.

Troubleshoot exceptions or delays and proactively escalate issues when needed.

Ensure smooth execution of operational tasks across multiple stakeholders.

Support current client operations and progressively take ownership of new client accounts.

Act as a key liaison for customer communication when required.

Contribute to extending the control tower scope to support broader business operations.

Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain shipment documentation accuracy and system updates.

Support reporting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement activities.

Coordinate with customs, warehousing, transport teams, and external vendors.

Work closely with project managers and site leads on ongoing and upcoming projects.

Support forecasting, planning, and operational readiness for new business.
What we would like you to bring
Experience
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in Road Logistics, preferably in a control tower or coordination role.

Strong understanding of booking processes, shipment flows, and logistics documentation.

Experience in coordinating with multiple functions such as warehouse, customs, and carriers.

Good knowledge of supply chain fundamentals.
Skills

Excellent communication skills - able to coordinate across teams and interact with customers professionally.

Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing fast-paced operations.

Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to handle exceptions independently.
