How you create impact
- Deliver first-level support for applications within the L-wis portfolio, helping users resolve incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Proactively monitor the ticketing system and ensure requests are handled within agreed SLA timelines.
- Collaborate daily with colleagues in Germany and users from different countries to troubleshoot issues and provide high-quality support.
- Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data, including the creation of new Kuehne+Nagel offices within the system
- Monitor and validate archive data to ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and user experience through effective problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support the reliability and performance of information systems that enable global business operations.
What we would like you to bring
- Experience in customer support, service desk, application support, or a similar role is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and identify effective solutions.
- A customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills when working with users from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and SLA requirements.
- A proactive approach to work, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and continuously improve processes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Interest in IT systems, business applications, and data management.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as this role involves daily communication with international colleagues and users.
- Previous experience working with ticketing systems, master data management, or ERP/business applications is a plus.
- A willingness to learn new technologies and develop expertise within the L-wis application portfolio.
