As a CenPACT Service Desk Team Specialist- Junior Operator, you support critical TMS solutions within Kuehne+Nagel Road Logistics, ensuring stable daily operations through a strong mix of logistics knowledge and IT expertise.
How you create impact
You provide 8/5 first-level support for CenPACT TMS and surrounding applications, proactively monitoring system activity and resolving issues before they impact operations. You efficiently manage incidents, support system testing and rollouts, and translate operational needs into improvement proposals for product owners and IT teams. Through clear communication, documentation, and release note preparation, you contribute to continuous optimization of end-to-end TMS workflows.
What we would like you to bring
- Solid experience in Transport Management System (TMS) support, preferably within Road Logistics
- Experience providing 1st-level end-user support (8/5) and managing incidents efficiently
- Proficient understanding of RoadLOG and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for FTL, LTL, and Groupage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify system issues and performance improvement opportunities
- Experience in system testing, configuration, and rollout coordination
- Ability to prepare release notes, maintain documentation, and generate operational reports
- Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate with product owners, IT developers, and external partners
- Undergraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, IT, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Serbian & English
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus
