Road Logistics Information Systems Specialist (xLOG Support)

The xLOG Support & Systems Specialist is responsible for providing first-level system support, managing system configurations, and ensuring optimal system performance. The role requires strong technical knowledge, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

How you create impact

  • Provide first-level support to end users of the xLOG system
  • Manage system configurations and setups to enable onboarding and roll-outs for new users
  • Proactively monitor system activity to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact daily operations
  • Track system performance, identify process bottlenecks, and recommend continuous improvements
  • Ensure solution quality by contributing to the design and execution of test cases
  • Participate in testing procedures and support quality assurance processes
  • Generate and analyze Business Intelligence (BI) reports to support decision-making
  • Coordinate and support system-related projects using lean project management principles
  • Act as a primary contact for system implementation initiatives, including coordination with international stakeholder

 

Key Projects

 

  • Served as the primary contact for the Cadis replacement project involving xLOG and AST systems in Germany
  • Ensured effective coordination, smooth implementation, and successful project delivery

  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service or driving customer excellence initiatives
  • Strong technical background and hands-on experience in system testing procedures
  • English language proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and analyze BI reports
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems independently
