How you create impact
- Coordinate inbound and outbound road freight shipments while ensuring agreed lead times and service levels are met

Assign export shipments to the appropriate transport routes and departures
- Monitor shipment progress and provide proactive updates to customers
- Prepare and process transport documentation, including CMRs, manifests, customs-related documents and loading/unloading reports
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, customs specialists and network partners to ensure smooth operations
- Use transport management and tracking systems to plan, monitor and optimize shipments
What we would like you to bring
- Experience in logistics, transport, freight forwarding or a similar operational environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player who can also work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Good IT skills; experience with transport or logistics systems is an advantage
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered a strong asset
