The Integrated Logistics (4PL) Senior Project Manager ensure delivery of small/mid-size projects, managing the full project lifecycle from planning to stabilization. They oversee key project activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. The role involves engaging with customer and LSP stakeholders, managing risks, ensuring proper documentation, and driving process improvements.
How you create impact
Manage a portfolio of small to medium projects and ensure delivery according to agreed scope and standards
Lead implementation projects in alignment with global and regional project management methodologies and risk control frameworks
Providing management level project updates for internally and externally
Interacting with stakeholders on the side of customer and LSPs addressing scheduled activities or delays
Monitor, report, and ensure progress across all aspects of the solution under implementation
Ensure effective resource coordination and project execution aligned with FY corporate standards
Ensure delivery of projects within budget and on schedule, addressing and resolving any deviations related to scope, budget, or timelines
Prepare all required documents throughout the implementation lifecycle, including the Project Charter during initiation and the Business Requirements Document (BRD) in the Plan & Design phase, as outlined in the FY Implementation Toolbox
Manage, and coordinate activities for approved FY solution implementations, working closely with KN FY functional areas across the project lifecycle
Assist in evaluating solutions and budgets for new customer implementation projects, covering initiation, planning and design, validation, deployment, and post-deployment phases
Ensure end-to-end operational designs (including FMEA) are documented and approved by stakeholders within required timelines
Validate business requirements against standard product offerings (e.g. eControl, ProControl, and FullControl)
Manage virtual teams of subject matter experts spanning IT, Process Engineering, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and other departments across multiple countries and functions
Support Business Requirement Validation workshops and assist in defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
Manage implementation budgets, reporting any deviations against the proposal sold, and ensuring adherence to financial plans
What we would like you to bring
Master's degree ideally in Logistics or Supply chain management or equivalent work experience
5-10 years of experience working in Logistics preferrablly with 3PL or 4PL operations
5+ years of Project Management experience
5+ years of experience in full life cycle project management, including working on one or more small-to-medium scale general, business, supply chain, logistics and system implementation project(s)
Demonstrated analytical – numeric /quantitative and process / qualitative – skills and awareness
A comprehensive understanding of different project management methodologies and frameworks, including Prince2, PMI’s PMBOK, etc. is preferred
50-60% Travel will be required
Must be able to read and comprehend written English to perform essential job functions and adhere to safety requirements
