To ensure all customer requests and requirements are handled and completed accurately and in a timely manner; to effectively coordinate all local operational processes with farms, airlines, and internal teams to guarantee aligned and seamless execution; and to maintain proactive customer communication by providing relevant market updates, notifying about rate changes or adjustments, and delivering regular monthly performance reports.
How you create impact
- Coordinate with airlines and ensure compliance with allocations, BSAs, and all established commitments.
- Receive and coordinate calls and messages from farms through communication platforms to ensure accurate shipment planning.
- Provide clear instructions regarding operational updates and ensure proper handover to warehouse shift personnel.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their cargo, including delays, itinerary changes, or airline adjustments.
- Store and maintain all operational information updated in shared folders (Teams, SharePoint).
- Comply with weekend and holiday work shifts, as well as attend to night-time operational requirements in the warehouse.
- Learn and understand all areas within the team to provide support and feedback to any team member when needed.
- Identify improvement opportunities in processes and customer service.
- Make quick and fair decisions to resolve operational or service-related issues when applicable and within the scope of competencies.
- Send updated rate sheets and ensure provisioning information is accurate to avoid credit notes.
What we would like you to bring
- Experience handling international documentation and export/import requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Air Logistics operations.
- Customer Service expertise with a focus on problem‑solving and service excellence.
- Understanding of regulations and compliance standards for handling perishable goods.
- Financial management skills related to cost control, billing accuracy, and rate validation.
- Proficiency with collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams, AI‑based productivity tools, SharePoint, and advanced Excel.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Dutch language proficiency preferred.
