Quality Specialist-Auditor

Kuehne+Nagel is one of the world’s leading logistics providers. To strengthen our Integrated Logistics organization in Wroclaw, we are looking for a Quality Auditor who will support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across complex international supply chain operations.In this role, you will help ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards, customer requirements, and, where applicable, GxP/GDP regulations. You will work closely with Operations, Excellence Management, Performance Management, Business Analytics, customers, and logistics service providers to maintain high quality standards throughout the supply chain.

As Quality Auditor, you will combine auditing, supplier qualification, CAPA management, quality process improvement, and stakeholder coordination. You will act as a key quality contact for customers and logistics partners, supporting audits, investigations, documentation, training, and continuous improvement activities.The position has a strong international scope and may involve regular travel for on-site audits.

How you create impact

  • Plan, organize, and conduct internal, customer, external, and authority audits in line with applicable quality requirements
  • Manage audit findings, deviations, and CAPAs, including follow-up and effectiveness reviews
  • Support supplier qualification, due diligence, quality assessments, risk assessments, and ongoing supplier monitoring
  • Ensure quality processes, procedures, and documentation remain compliant with internal standards and customer requirements
  • Support GxP/GDP compliance, including Good Documentation Practices and applicable pharmaceutical and healthcare quality standards
  • Develop and deliver quality and GxP-related training and monitor training compliance and effectiveness
  • Act as a key quality contact for customers and logistics service providers and participate in regular quality review meetings
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen quality performance across operations

What we would like you to bring

  • Higher education in logistics, transport technology, engineering, or a comparable field
  • Minimum 2 year of quality and/or regulatory experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, distribution, or a similarly regulated environment
  • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification from a recognized body such as TÜV, Bureau Veritas, or DEKRA
  • Strong knowledge of GDP, and GxP requirements, combined with an analytical and customer-focused approach
  • Fluent English, strong stakeholder communication skills, and flexibility to travel internationally
