Purpose of the Position
To provide support to the Global Supply Chain Fulfilment Manager.
To ensure the business has adequate inventory supplies available globally to meet local client demands.
Co-ordinate the reverse logistics of QuickSTAT re-usable packaging & assets in the network.
Management of obsolete inventory and attrition.
Commercial awareness to ensure economic and effective routings are utilized where possible for placement and return of inventory to maximize P&L
How you create impact
Main Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the reverse logistics of the Global QuickSTAT inventory.
- Monitor and control the stock levels of QSTAT packaging & assets at all Global Warehouse locations, scheduling replenishment as required.
- Monitor and control the recovery and return of 3rd party assets as defined and applicable.
- Manage the return and replacement of damaged / obsolete inventory and maintain associated records.
- Provide reports to the QuickSTAT GIG team and extended QSTAT network.
- Inventory forecasting using historic data, trends and known customer demand to predict future inventory requirements.
- Monitor the most economic routings available & ensure these are utilized for stock placement & inventory reverse logistics movements.
- Ensure all information is accurately recorded in QuickTRAC and other internal records.
- To work collaboratively with all internal teams to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Support other departments of the Global Inventory Group during busy periods and times of sickness and absence.

Position Profile
Knowledge & Experience
- Specialist knowledge in Biopharma Courier Operations.
- Strong understanding of courier and freight processes (Import/Export, Warehousing, Transport).
- Solid knowledge of global geography and time zones.
- Familiarity with temperature-controlled packaging solutions and GPS tracking devices.
- Awareness of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standards.
- Experience working with documented procedures (SOPs/AOPs).
Skills & Abilities
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in demand planning and inventory forecasting.
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset: capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and solving complex issues.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Initiative, flexibility, and strong teamwork orientation.
General Responsibilities

- Coordinate global reverse logistics and inventory movements for QuickSTAT assets.
- Monitor stock levels across global warehouses and schedule replenishments.
- Manage recovery of third-party assets and replacement of damaged/obsolete inventory.
- Ensure accurate data entry in QuickTRAC and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Provide inventory reports and support other teams during peak periods.
- Identify and escalate potential issues to senior management.
- Monitor and improve quality control procedures.
