Purpose of the Position:
To provide support to the Global Supply Chain Fulfilment Manager.
To ensure the business has adequate inventory supplies available globally to meet local client demands.
Co-ordinate the reverse logistics of QuickSTAT re-usable packaging & assets in the network.
Management of obsolete inventory and attrition.
Commercial awareness to ensure economic and effective routings are utilized where possible for placement and return of inventory to maximize P&L.
How you create impact
Main Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate the reverse logistics of the Global QuickSTAT inventory.
- Monitor and control the stock levels of QSTAT packaging & assets at all Global Warehouse locations, scheduling replenishment as required.
- Monitor and control the recovery and return of 3rd party assets as defined and applicable.
- Manage the return and replacement of damaged / obsolete inventory and maintain associated records.
- Provide reports to the QuickSTAT GRSC team and extended QSTAT network.
- Inventory forecasting using historic data, trends and known customer demand to predict future inventory requirements.
- Monitor the most economic routings available & ensure these are utilized for stock placement & inventory reverse logistics movements.
- Ensure all information is accurately recorded in QuickTRAC and other internal records.
- To work collaboratively with all internal teams to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Support other departments of the GRSC during busy periods and times of sickness and absence.

Professional Profile
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Excellent English proficiency, reporting to international stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of Courier/Freight Operations: Import, Export, Warehousing & Transportation.
- Familiar with GDP standards, SOPs/AOPs, and global time zones.
- Comprehensive understanding of temperature-controlled packaging solutions and GPS tracking devices.
- Skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and demand planning.
- Ability to work successfully under pressure, with strong initiative and flexibility.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong data analysis and trend identification capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
