The Pricing Specialist is responsible for completing assigned pricing activities within the target timelines set in Project Logistics guidelines. The role ensures accurate, competitive pricing aligned with the client’s scope of services, with minimum required margins applied and all service and supplier costs fully covered, enabling the most profitable outcomes for Project Logistics.
How you create impact
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for Project Logistics opportunities.
- Source and manage supplier pricing to support competitive commercial solutions.
- Ensure all cost elements are captured and margins are correctly applied.
- Act as a central pricing point of contact for the Project Logistics network.
- Collaborate with Business Units and pricing teams to align and optimise rates.
- Liaise with Business Development, Tender teams, and Customer Excellence Centres on requirements.
- Ensure structured handover of awarded business to Operations and Customer Excellence.
- Track, analyse, and report quote performance, including wins, losses, and margins.

- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or pricing/procurement roles.
- Knowledge of air, sea, and multimodal transport solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness and cost-structure understanding.
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy mindset.

- Analytical skills to evaluate margins and quote performance.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
