You will be joining our Project Logistics Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational + Customer Excellence.

You Role

• You are responsible for completing assigned pricing activities as per our timelines + guidelines, ensuring accurate pricing, as per the client's scope of services, with the minimum required margin applied, covering all service/supplier costs to allow the most profitable scenarios to the business.
• You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives. 

You Responsibilities

• To utilise all approved pricing tools + portals available to search for carriers + cost.
• To ensure that all costing for services are as per the service level agreement + scope of work ordered.
• To ensure the utilization of minimum selling margins while providing pricing.
• To ensure that quotes are logged + recorded accurately + timely in required systems.
• To follow any specified special cargo processes as set out in our internal documents when pricing project cargo.
• To support your manager in procurement sourcing initiatives.
• To ensure automation when updating buying + selling rates into our transport management system (TMS).
