Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Project Logistics Pricing Specialist to support the development of competitive and profitable pricing solutions for complex project cargo and logistics opportunities. This role is responsible for managing pricing activities, sourcing supplier costs, preparing customer quotations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate and commercially viable solutions across multimodal transportation services.
How you create impact
- Develop accurate and competitive pricing solutions for project cargo opportunities, ensuring all customer requirements, service scopes, and cost elements are properly evaluated.
- Source and negotiate rates with carriers, subcontractors, and logistics providers to support profitable project logistics solutions.
- Prepare customer quotations, proposals, and selling rates in accordance with company pricing guidelines and profitability targets.
- Serve as a central point of contact for pricing requests across air, ocean, charter, road, and other project logistics transportation modes.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Key Account, Tender, and Customer Excellence teams to support new business opportunities and customer requirements.
- Analyze quote performance, including win/loss ratios, margins, and pricing trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and handover of awarded business to operations and customer implementation teams.

What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in logistics pricing, freight forwarding, project logistics, procurement, or transportation management.
- 3+ years of experience preparing transportation quotations, RFQs, tenders, pricing analyses, and commercial proposals within a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Strong knowledge of multimodal transportation, including ocean freight, air freight, road transportation, charter services, and project cargo solutions.
- Advanced analytical and financial skills with experience evaluating costs, margins, profitability, and pricing performance metrics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and supplier networks.
