As the Project Logistics Customer Excellence Supervisor, you will lead Project Logistics Operations and Customer Service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring operational excellence and profitability. You will manage team leaders handling different customer segments and project scopes, ensuring that customer requirements are consistently exceeded, service quality remains best-in-class, and financial targets are achieved.
How you create impact
- Lead and develop the Customer Excellence team to deliver outstanding service and operational performance.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and effective resolution of escalations.
- Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and adherence to company standards and KPIs.
- Support the successful implementation and onboarding of new customers and projects. Monitor business performance, profitability, and resource allocation to achieve financial targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for service enhancements, customer retention, and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
What we would like you to bring
- 3+ years of experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, customer service and operations leadership
- Knowledge of custom clearance is a must
- Experience leading customer-facing operational teams and managing escalations.
- Strong understanding of project logistics processes and customer service excellence principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing business performance, KPIs, and profitability targets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Fluent English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Valid driving licence is needed
