We are looking for a skilled and driven EDI Business Analyst to join our Global Sea Logistics Order Management team. In this role, you will support enabling seamless data integration across our Order Management landscape and ensuring stable, scalable, and high-quality EDI processes worldwide. You will act as a trusted advisor to our internal EDI community, supporting global users, driving standardization, and delivering efficient integration solutions. By providing robust infrastructure, tools, and documentation, you will empower stakeholders to successfully execute EDI projects in a professional and consistent way.
How you create impact
- Provide 3rd level support to the global user community for EDI-related systems and integrations
- Act as a consultant and solution designer, analysing, designing, and implementing EDI and data integration solutions
- Identify and drive system enhancements and process improvements across all EDI platforms
- Ensure continuous improvement of EDI processes, data quality, and message stability
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including mapping specifications, guidelines, and user manuals
- Consulting for onboarding and implementation of new EDI customers, carriers, and partners
- Review, test, and validate EDI messages and interfaces (e.g. EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, APIs)
- Monitor EDI message flows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
- Support business development and implementation teams with integration expertise during customer onboarding
What we would like you to bring
- 4+ years’ proven experience in the related field - Freight forwarding and logistics experiences is a plus
- Strong hands-on experience with EDI standards and integration concepts (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, APIs)
- Experience with EDI platforms, middleware, or integration tools is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain and Order Management processes
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset and Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple topics in a global, complex environment with strong communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
