As a Business Analyst (m/f/d), you will be part of a global team of engineers and analysts. You will help design and deliver products that provide innovative solutions and create real value for our customers.
How you create impact
- Analyze and define use-case requirements and support their prioritization.
- Translate the product roadmap into clear epics and user stories.
- Test delivered features and assist with root-cause analysis when issues arise.
- Support product management by clearly communicating tactical and strategic requirements to management, business stakeholders, and development teams.
- Define, refine, and track product requirements and improvement ideas throughout their lifecycle.
- Contribute to the maintenance of product documentation.
- Guide, support, and mentor other team members.
What we would like you to bring
- 3+ years of experience in requirements engineering or feature specification within software development.
- A degree in logistics or an environmental field with strong technical aptitude, or a degree in a technical discipline (e.g., computer science, natural sciences, engineering, or economics).
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and clearly communicate complex requirements to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience working with process definitions or formal specifications in complex environments, ideally at enterprise scale.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and support others in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, AWS, SQL, and Python is a plus.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
