How you create impact
- Support daily operations across departments and adjust to changing business needs, schedules, and volume demands.
- Coordinate team workloads, communicate priorities, delegate tasks, and help ensure daily operational goals are achieved.
- Monitor and maintain key operational reports, KPIs, overtime tracking, work orders, productivity metrics, and end-of-day reporting.
- Provide professional customer service by responding to emails, inquiries, and requests in a timely manner.
- Investigate order, inventory, and productivity issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate IT support as needed.
- Train and support associates on operational procedures, SOPs, and best practices while fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain department supplies, track critical equipment, and ensure compliance with housekeeping and 5S standards.
- Support safety, QSHE compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, audits, meetings, and other operational projects as required.
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse, distribution, or e-commerce environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control processes, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Understanding of digital/e-commerce fulfillment processes and customer order workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, data entry, and reporting; AS400 experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading teams to achieve operational goals.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
