Here at Quick, we're looking for a new Air Logistics Warehouse Specialist to join our Air Logistics team. This role can be based at one of our following sites including Piscataway, Somerset, or Secaucus, NJ for one of our clients. How you create impact
Manage receipt, inventory, preparation and document shipments of IT equipment (e.g., routers, servers, spare parts) at a data center facility.

- Prepare and pack equipment for outbound shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory records, ensure secure handling, and conduct regular audits and reporting.
- Ensure secure storage and chain of custody for all assets, including staging areas and disposal processes.
- Prepare equipment for outbound customer delivery in a timely manner (unboxing, tagging, packaging removal, component aggregation).
- Process decommissioned assets for storage, disposal, or redeployment, including operation of hard drive shredders when required.
- Follow all operational logistics including client SOPs, quality inventory control, and security protocols related to asset handling, storage, and transport.
- Scan and verify inbound freight, identify damages, and escalate issues as needed.
- Liaise with couriers and carriers for shipment coordination.
- Provide customer service support, including troubleshooting in-transit issues and routing inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure facility environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and support cross-functional tasks as needed.
- Shift availabilty: Tuesday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
What we would like you to bring
- 3+ years of related warehouse and distrubution experience required.
- Customer Service oriented mindset.
- High School diploma or GED required with equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems whilst working in a collaborative team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills whilst promoting a safe working environment.
- Flexible schedule (extended hours or evenings, weekends and holidays as required with notice.
- While performing the duties of the job, the employee is required to walk; sit; use hands; reach with hands and arms; balance & stoop.
- Employee is required to occasionally lift and/or move packages up to 70 LBS.
- Experience with pallet jack required and utilizing of computer monitors at distance and close range.
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods/Restricted Article Regulations (preferred)

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.
