You will be part of our Road Logistics team, adding your business development expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.
You will be responsible for driving sales, revenue + gross profit (GP) of our road logistics offerings through various sales channels while maintaining good relationships with our customers. You will do this by collaborating with various key stakeholders while focusing on the following objectives.
How you create impact
- To generate leads + identify new customers through cold calls, networking activities + referrals.
- To build + develop strong relationships with new + existing customers, ensuring regular follow-ups are
conducted. - To be the representative for operational reviews with customers, driving excellent customer satisfaction.
- To support process mapping, handle trial shipments + implement solutions.
- To collaborate with other managers + departments in increasing cross-selling activities + success.
- To work closely with our various sales teams in ensuring achievement of target growth.
- To negotiate contracts + rate agreements with customers, monitor operations, sales performance + ensure
compliance with internal policies + external regulations. - To maintain data integrity in CoreLOG (Customer Relationship Management tool) through regular updates.
What we would like you to bring
Experience & Exposure
Must have handled wide geographic coverage across Bulacan, Pampanga, and Tarlac.
Preferably from domestic freight operators
Experience selling trucking, RORO/interisland freight, or export brokerage.
Skills & Knowledge
Familiar with key industrial zones.
Good understanding of typical North Luzon shipper profiles (manufacturing, agribusiness, electronics, food distribution).
Hunter mindset: Proven ability to create business outside inbound leads.
Solid pipeline management, CRM discipline, and weekly reporting.
Strong pricing and margin awareness.
