As National Sea Logistics Manager, you will lead the country's Sea Logistics business, driving commercial growth, operational excellence, carrier management, and team development. Working closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders, you will define and execute strategic initiatives that strengthen our market position while delivering outstanding customer value.

How you create impact

Lead the national Project Logistics pricing strategy, ensuring competitive and profitable solutions across multimodal and specialized cargo opportunities.
Drive supplier and procurement management initiatives, building strong partnerships to secure best in class service and pricing.
Oversee complex quotations, tenders, and project opportunities, supporting business growth and maximizing profitability.
Monitor commercial performance through KPI management, margin control, and win/loss analysis to continuously improve results.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Tender, and Operations teams to deliver customer-focused logistics solutions.

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
10+ years of experience within Sea Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related logistics environments.
Proven experience leading Sea Freight operations and commercial development initiatives.
Strong understanding of budget management, P&L ownership, and financial performance management.
Demonstrated success leading and developing teams in a dynamic, customer focused environment.
Strong network and relationship management experience with ocean carriers and industry stakeholders.
Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation, decision making, and problem solving capabilities.
High customer orientation and the ability to translate market opportunities into business growth.
Professional proficiency in English.
