National Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager

The National Sea Logistics Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing Customer Care Location (CCL) teams nationwide, ensuring compliance with service objectives and driving sustainable growth. This role oversees the national Sea Logistics P&L, implements the customer care strategy, and spearheads initiatives to enhance the customer experience across the supply chain, while supporting field sales teams to achieve excellence in customer service.

How you create impact

  • Lead and empower FS-Cs and CCL teams to ensure continuous excellence in customer service and sustainable growth.
  • Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high-quality service and collaboration with operational and commercial stakeholders.
  • Oversee the national Sea Logistics P&L and ensure effective implementation of the customer care strategy defined by leadership.
  • Promote continuous improvement of processes and controls, including customer case management to consistently deliver on the service promise.
  • Facilitate training and skill development programs to strengthen team capabilities and support long-term success.
 

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
  • 5–10 years in customer management, Sea Logistics, freight forwarding, and sales.
  • Proven leadership experience managing both direct and virtual teams.
  • Strong background in carrier or international company environments.
