As part of our continuous growth strategy and commitment to operational excellence, we are looking for a National Air Logistics Operations Manager to join our Air Logistics team in Panamá. This position will lead the national Air Logistics operations, ensuring compliance with global Air Logistics standards while driving efficiency and continuously optimizing production costs.
How you create impact
- Lead the national Air Logistics operation to deliver operational effectiveness and excellence in line with global Air Logistics standards.
- Oversee the Operational Care Center (OCC), Revenue Care Center (RCC) and, where applicable, Warehousing, Trucking, Customs, Regulatory & Governance and QSHE.
- Continuously optimize production costs and drive process improvements through solid process management.
- Act as the national owner of the KN GS relationship.
- Lead change initiatives and develop high performing teams.
What we would like you to bring
- 8+ years of experience in Air Logistics, including 5 to 8 years leading teams.
- Background in Freight Forwarding.
- Solid knowledge of freight forwarding, operations and import / export regulations, as well as KN products, services and processes.
- Strong leadership, communication and decision making skills, with commercial acumen and a change management mindset.
- Advanced English level.
