A Legal Counsel at Kuehne+Nagel plays a key strategic and operational role in ensuring that the business operates within a solid legal and ethical framework. In this position, you will advise leaders on day to day legal matters, support corporate governance initiatives, oversee compliance activities for LATAM, and manage legal interactions within the Central America & Caribbean region. You act as a trusted partner to the business balancing risk mitigation with practical, business oriented solutions that enable growth and maintain regulatory integrity. Your work contributes directly to strengthening decision making, reducing exposure, and upholding Kuehne+Nagel’s global standards.

How you create impact

Provide comprehensive legal support for Panama across corporate, litigation, and regulatory matters.
Oversee and coordinate corporate governance activities, including appointments, issuance of powers, and formal documentation.
Manage legal processes involving Central America & Caribbean countries, ensuring alignment with cluster‑level requirements.
Support internal stakeholders by offering timely, business centric legal guidance.

What we would like you to bring

Licensed Attorney.
Proven experience working with legal processes in Central America & Caribbean countries (3-5 years).
Advanced English proficiency.
Prior experience in multinational companies; logistics industry experience is a strong plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
