How you create impact
- Operational responsibility for coordinating and handling international sea freight export shipments, including pre-carriage, main carriage, and port operations
- Communication with shipping lines, overseas offices, and service providers regarding bookings, sailing schedules, cargo release, and export processing
- Preparation and administration of export documentation and transport files in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring and optimization of export transport processes to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high data quality standards
- Processing transport orders and resolving operational discrepancies in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Tracking export shipments, ensuring fulfillment of customer KPIs, and maintaining sustainable customer and carrier relationships
What we would like you to bring
- Completed training in freight forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in sea freight
- Confident use of MS Office and openness to new technologies
- Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and solution‑oriented thinking
- Fluent English skills, spoken and written, additional language skills in German, French, or Italian would be beneficial
