As part of our Knowledge Center, the Process Excellence Specialist plays a key role in strengthening efficiency, consistency, and overall performance within the AR department. In this role, you will identify opportunities for improvement and implement streamlined processes that enhance day‑to‑day operations across AR teams.
You will also support AR units by preparing insightful reports that enable deeper analysis of workflows and performance trends. Your contribution will help drive data‑based decision‑making and continuous improvement across the AR function.

What we would like you to bring
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in Credit and Collections functions
- Fluency in English ( written and spoken )
- High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables required)
- Post-secondary education in Business, Administration or Finance
- Strong personal drive and ability to think in different ways about a single challenge
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain structured workflows
- Organized, hands-on, and a collaborative team player
