Nacora Insurance Brokers is seeking a detail-oriented Non-Marine Insurance Programs Specialist to support and administer corporate insurance programs for Kuehne+Nagel entities across the United States. In this role, you will manage policy administration, renewal activities, claims processing, and insurance program coordination while partnering with internal stakeholders, insurers, and global teams to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

How you create impact

  • Oversee and support corporate insurance programs for Kuehne+Nagel entities, ensuring effective program administration and compliance.
  • Coordinate policy administration activities, including policy changes, renewals, additions, deletions, and cancellations.
  • Prepare and maintain client-facing documentation, including policy documents, certificates of insurance, invoices, correspondence, and coverage comparisons.
  • Track and follow up on policy issuance and renewal documentation to ensure timely receipt and processing.
  • Manage corporate claims administration and serve as a liaison between insurers and internal stakeholders throughout the claims process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, insurance carriers, and global stakeholders to support day-to-day brokerage operations and insurance program needs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making, insurance placements, lease agreement reviews, and risk management initiatives.

What we would like you to bring

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance, corporate insurance programs, brokerage operations, or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of property & casualty insurance, policy administration, renewals, and claims processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation, track deadlines, and maintain detailed records.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with experience working across multiple stakeholders and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to research, evaluate information, and support strategic business decisions.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
