In this multifaceted position, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing operations of the site. As Site Manager, you will lead the facility toward operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, overseeing change management, ensuring exceptional client support, managing budgets, and spearheading people development initiatives.

• Lead the Operations in the management of day-to-day activities within the warehouse.
• Ensure that customer needs and requirements are consistently met while maintaining high service standards.
• Optimizing the utilization of space, equipment, and labour.
• Set and coordinate the implementation of the site's annual plan, focusing on service excellence, operational efficiency and cost control.
• Engaging with team members at all levels to foster collaboration, accountability, and a strong safety culture.
• Manage human and economic resources effectively to drive success in the new facility.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience at a comparable level.
• Fluency Italian and English language.
• Proven experience in warehouse and fulfillment center management with direct workforce management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and resources effectively.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
