As a Revenue Care Manager you will be the connection between the operations of the business unit and the finance group overseeing profitability. You will ensure accurate, complete and timely recognition of gross profit while reviewing profit and loss statements and file-level detail. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the entire forwarding sub ledger for a business unit in the Quick organization. This will include identifying issues and training operations on how to process a file so the financials display correctly.
How you create impact
- Reviewing all files to ensure proper procedures and guidelines are followed.
- Collaborating with various business units within the Quick Organization, identifying shortcomings in the FSL and working with them to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Training our operational users to input cost accruals correctly where there are gaps in automation.
- Identifying issues within the FSL through analysis of gross profit percentages and outliers.
- Influence operational managers and agents to understand and enable correct FSL processes.
- Pro-actively train a commercial organization for greater FSL discipline.
- Manage and lead a team of FSL Analysts.
What we would like you to bring
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance, equivalent qualification or are qualified by experience.
- Experience in leading a cross-functional team as well as excellent collaboration and team player ability
- Prior knowledge or have worked with the FSL that would be a distinct advantage
- Strong operational knowledge related to MS Office, specifically Excel knowledge alongside Excess, Word, PowerPoint) and Monarch, ACON.
- Analytical skills and mind-set, resilient, persistent and able to follow through from beginning to end.
- Great organisational skills, highly accurate; attention to detail is a critical part of this role.
- Great communication skills; written, verbal and listening and with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
