🚀 We are hiring a National Tax Manager

We are looking for a Tax Lawyer to join our team and support the execution of the tax strategy and planning for the Andean Cluster. This role will play a key part in managing tax litigation and disputes, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring the company maintains a strong and compliant tax position. The position will also collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to provide strategic tax guidance, support corporate transactions and restructurings, and identify opportunities for tax optimization. How you create impact

• Oversee tax litigation and audit defense: Prepare and review documentation, transactional analyses, and supporting materials for tax audits, disputes, and litigation processes.
• Monitor tax regulations and assess impact: Track changes in tax legislation and evaluate their implications for tax planning strategies, litigation exposure, and overall compliance.
• Manage transfer pricing and international tax matters: Support transfer pricing documentation, local files, withholding tax issues, and other international tax matters in coordination with the Tax Manager.
• Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders: Guide external consultants and legal advisors while collaborating with internal teams to structure transactions and operations in a tax-efficient manner.
• Strengthen tax governance and reporting: Maintain structured tracking systems for tax litigation and support tax compliance processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

What we would like you to bring

• 5–6 years of experience in Tax Law, ideally with exposure to international tax matters and tax litigation.

• Law degree required, preferably with a specialization in Tax Law or Taxation.

• Solid understanding of international tax policy and tax planning frameworks.

• Proven ability to lead tax-related processes, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and manage complex tax matters.

• Motivated and proactive professional with strong analytical skills and the confidence to interact with and address matters with tax authorities when required.

• English proficiency at a B2 level (written and spoken).
