How you create impact
- To drive business development by reviewing the sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities +improving underperforming business, while overseeing the implementation of customer standard operating procedures (SOP) to drive customer excellence.
- To track our training curriculum, ensuring a stable + capable organisation with pipelines in place for all key positions.
- To ensure operations are managed within the regulatory requirements, company guidelines, industrystandards + management guidance, liaising with QSHE to ensure audit readiness at all times.
- To represent sea logistics under your scope, ensuring that regional + corporate initiatives are beingunderstood, championed + implemented.
- To be the local face of sea logistics to all key vendors + customers, actively nurturing those relationships.
- To actively collaborate with + across the region to improve the business operating environment through bestpractice sharing, talent development + sustainable solutions.
- To drive a healthy forwarding sub-ledger (FSL), regularly analyzing profit + loss (P+L) reports while ensuringtarget achievement, focusing on the cost of production + financial targets.
- To set up procurement + pricing strategies to help attract the right mix of business + trade lane developmentsupport in alignment with key stakeholders

- Very strong business development skills and commercial acumen
- Profound background in Sea Logistics
- Team leader and team player. Energetic leadership personality, excellent communicator, networking and presentation skills, highly pro-active, fast acting, supportive and self-motivated.

- Goal oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Open minded and willing to learn.
