How you create impact
In this role within Sea Logistics, the Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing customer-facing projects focused on implementing new or re-engineered business into the Sea Logistics network.

- Align with the Sea Logistics Hemisphere team to continue evolving, improving our approach, and building a strong implementation community.
- Contribute to the Implementation Toolkit to maintain a consistent implementation approach within your country.
- Align with key stakeholders to ensure new implementation deliverables and requirements are captured and executed within the country.
- Review scope of work with commercial owner and project stakeholders.
- Ensure project charters are complete and signed off by all project stakeholders.
- Ensure the process analysis, mapping, and flow charting (As Is / To Be solution design) are complete and signed off by all project stakeholders.
What's in it for you
• 2+ years of experience in Sea Logistics / International Supply Chain
• Understanding of Supply chain concepts including Customer Onboarding, Implementation, Order Management, Transportation Management, and Destination Management
• Project Management Skills
• Consultative and Presentation Skills
• Business Analytical skills
• Depth of experience and expertise in sea logistics as well as forwarding/carrier operational systems experience including EDI and domestic transportation are highly desired
