We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Groupage Care Specialist. This role encompasses customer-facing responsibilities, operational coordination, and financial oversight. As a groupage representative within the organization, you will build strong, lasting relationships while overseeing the operational and administrative activities that support our day-to-day business.
How you create impact
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer bookings within the groupage segment, delivering high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage operational activities including order processing, truck planning, and documentation to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Represent the groupage function internally and externally, with a strong focus on delivering a high quality and developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate and monitor shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team environment through clear communication and effective cooperation.
What we would like you to bring
- Experience or education in road logistics is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with TMS is a plus.
- Flexible, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive mindset.
