How you create impact
As a National Quality Specialist, you will support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System and quality programs across the organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the maintenance and enhancement of the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 standards.
• Assisting in the implementation of quality requirements, corporate standards, and internal procedures.
• Monitoring quality objectives and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Managing and maintaining quality documentation within designated systems.
• Supporting corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality-related data and insights.
• Preparing training materials and supporting quality awareness activities.
• Assisting with internal audits and follow-up actions.
• Partnering with business and functional teams to ensure compliance and process consistency.
• Maintaining quality-related information on internal communication platforms.
• Supporting certification and quality-focused projects that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education
- Knowledge on ISO 9001 or experience in audits
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of motivation, discipline, and ownership
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders
- Good understanding of business processes and systems
- Fluent English language skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexibly when needed
