How you create impact
- Lead the national QSHE and Security Patrimonial strategy for Mexico, fully aligned with KN global and regional directives.
- Strengthen Safety & Security programs in a country with significantly increased operational risks, ensuring consistent mitigation and business continuity.
- Ensure the wellbeing of our teams across all Contract Logistics operations, promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Oversee quality governance, documentation, process standardization and compliance with legal, regulatory and ISO requirements.
- Manage and develop a large and diverse QSHE team (100+ people), enabling professional growth, operational excellence and unified performance.
- Drive critical incident investigations, ensuring strong root cause analysis, corrective actions, and organizational learning.
- Ensure alignment and communication with Hemispheric leadership, providing visibility, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Support commercial teams during customer meetings, tenders, audits and solution design, ensuring high QSHE standards.
- Enhance digitalization and operational efficiency through automation, data usage, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we would like you to bring
- Strong leadership skills with a highly structured approach, managing large teams and multiple functional areas.
- Deep understanding of Mexico’s regulatory environment, local operational risks, and Contract Logistics complexities.
- +10 years of experience in QSHE, Security Patrimonial, Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality Systems.
- Proven experience with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), C-TPAT, OEA, risk management frameworks and audits.
- Ability to build close relationships with direct reports and field operations, maintaining high proximity and trust.
- Spanish native speaker and fluent English for Hemispheric interactions (mandatory).
- Strategic communication, influence, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading high‑impact investigations, risk assessments, CAPA programs and national compliance governance.
