National Project Logistics Customer Excellence Supervisor

As the National Project Logistics Customer Excellence Supervisor, you will lead our Customer Excellence and Project Logistics Operations teams to deliver outstanding service quality, operational performance, and customer satisfaction. You will ensure accurate execution of all orders and shipments while driving profitability, continuous improvement, and strong customer relationships.

How you create impact

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of supervisors covering multiple customer types and scopes.
  • Ensure the highest customer service quality across all Project Logistics activities.
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement within customer-facing workflows.
  • Oversee onboarding of new business to ensure requirements are met and profitability is achieved.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in all required systems.
  • Monitor and improve customer KPIs through consistent performance management.
  • Manage Project Logistics P&L performance, ensuring margins and financial targets are met.
  • Build strong customer relationships to support engagement, retention, and long-term success.

  • Experience in project logistics, operations management, or customer service leadership.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to develop and guide teams.
  • Solid financial acumen, including margin control and P&L awareness.
  • Ability to manage escalations, resolve issues proactively, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with attention to accuracy and process excellence.
