How you create impact
- Drive innovation by identifying new concepts and technologies while building on existing best practices.
- Present solutions confidently to customers as a key part of the tendering process.
- Participate in the management team to develop and design strategic solutions for customers, challenge the status quo, and provide constructive guidance as needed.
- Develop strong partnerships with key vendors to optimize costing and lead times.
- Leverage available tools and systems while ensuring a high standard of compliance at all times.
What we would like you to bring
- Proven experience in customer solutions, solution design, or network optimisation roles
- Strong knowledge of TMS platforms, transport costing, and route planning methodologies
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Python, or optimisation tools is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of carrier management, vendor negotiations, and transport procurement
- Experience in developing transport pricing models, fleet, and equipment planning
- Exposure to temperature-controlled transport and fuel management solutions is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer presentation capability
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced tender environment
