How you create impact

  • Implement and roll out PMX and related productivity tools across new customers and sites in Belgium, ensuring standardized and scalable setups
  • Act as functional owner for PMX, Activity Tracker (incl. Live Dashboard), and Effitrack; configure users, targets, processes, roles, and workflows
  • Define, implement, and adapt productivity processes, drivers, and improvements based on evolving business needs
  • Translate new business and workforce management requirements into practical system solutions
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and validate new releases and functionalities
  • Train and support key users and site teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational self-sufficiency
  • Act as the main liaison between Operations, IS, and BI, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and dashboards
  • Analyze productivity data to drive fact-based decisions, embed productivity management across the organization, and foster a continuous improvement culture

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor or Master degree, with experience in warehouse/logistics environments (3PL preferred).
  • Experience with productivity tools, WMS, and operational systems, including system integrations.
  • Strong understanding of PMX, Activity Tracker, and logistics operational processes.
  • Proven ability in data analysis, deviation detection, and translating insights into solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel and BI/reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Business Objects).
  • Capable of testing, validating, and coordinating system changes, releases, and local implementations.
  • Strong analytical, structured, and proactive mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, customer-focused, willing to travel within Belgium, and able to bridge business and IT.
